Is there a brokerage charge when I book a property?
No. RentalSpaces.in is a zero-brokerage platform. The ₹3,999 fee covers the curation service only. There is no additional brokerage when you contact the owner and finalise the property.
Which cities are covered?
We cover all major Indian cities including Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Noida, Gurugram, and many others. If your city isn't listed in the form, type it in — we'll do our best to help.
